Project Goal:
Create a one color bandana design for the 2024 multi-day event.
Creative Approach:
I chose to approach this design from the aspect of what you might see and feel out in the middle of Idaho during a gravel bike ride. The central design shows a variation of the terrain you might travel through from mountains and trees to open range. I used lines to represent the flow of a path or hills and incorporated what can be interpreted as a sage leaf or animal tracks as a pattern element within the body of the design. Furthermore, the team's spirit animals are represented in the moose and deer illustrations.
