The Moab print ran into some challenges, but with a few intuitive changes, here's how they turned out.
My favorite way to work with prints is often the way I approach life. I love to plan and sketch it all out to the most minute detail, but once I start rolling on a series I'm more than happy to scrap the plan if needed. The Moab prints happened this way.
The images below shows the progression of changes made as I went.
This print originally started as a reduction, but after carving the block for the third layer, I didn't like the result. I had created a secondary block prior to starting this print, which I then used to finish out the third layer. The final result meant I ended up with one unique print and an edition of four.
